I respected Floyd and enjoyed his fights. Actually never considered them boring. But when he retired and then started to open his mouth about GGG, this is where I lost respect. What was the point of all this "no special effects", "easy work", if he was never intended to fight GGG.

GGG was ready to fight Mayweather at 154 (this is a real not made up division) - for Mayweather belts. Fighting Canelo at 155 (wtf is this?) for MW belts is totally different. Actually Loeffler sayd that they were not against catchweight in principle. But not for the belts. But GBP just prefered to vacate. Fine, now they are fighting in the different divisions. If you are still Canelo fan - why are you mad at GGG? Enjoy Canelo's run at 154. GGG does not concern you anymore.

I'm a GGG fan, and I would certainly expect him to defend any title he won at the sanctioned weight limit for that division.

Ward is significantly bigger than GGG, so them fighting each other would not decide who was better P4P.

P4P is just an opinon about about how fighters would stack up against each other IF they were the same size.
