Canelo weighed 172 for trout (18.5 pounds more than weigh in). 174 against Angulo after missing weight (19 pounds more than weigh in).

        Undisputed champ

Canelo rehydrates massively within the rules of the sanctioning bodies. You dummies that even bring that up are ignorant because that rehydration is not relevant, Friday weigh in is what is the official weight. Honestly I think Canelo will be stronger, and retain more stamina at the full 160 since he kills himself to make 154. Just my personal opinion

I still don't understand why people think that its a foregone conclusion that GGG is gonna blast Canelo out. From a match-up POV, Canelo may actually have more advantages. GGG is a lil taller, but the reach is about the same. GGG hits harder and is a better offensive fighter. But Canelo to is more sound defensively and is a good puncher himself. Canelo's hands are much faster. And GGG's come forward style plays into Canelo's stregth of being a good counterpuncher. I think the wildcard is that Canelo has faced much better competition. GGG will be in with by far the best fighter he's ever seen in a boxing ring. GGG isn't even Canelo's best opponent. That plays a major role at this level.

GGG could lose soon, everything can happen in boxing, if he has a bad night vs a tricky Saunders, or a puncher like Jacobs land the right punch, GGG would lose and the mega fight would disappear.

GGG is beatable, but Oscar doesn't seem to think Nelo has what it takes to beat him.

They just prefer to milk Nelo's brand versus the Angulos and Smith of the world.

Odds are against it but so what? I'm not betting (or buying) this fight.
I don't think you're far off. There's something about this Liam Smith. He's an aggressive fighter with power and maturity in the ring. Be interesting to see how Canelo does against him. Smiths no pushover and Canelo better be on his game.

Exposed, lmao, funniest **** ve heard. GGG is a world class Olympic medalist with one of the best amateur and professional records. He knows what he is doing. Doesn't canelo and delahoya realise that Ggg intentionally let's himself be exposed, when he knows he has the fight won and realises the power of his opponent?... even after GGG has said he does it on purpose, and allows the brawl to happen, and to entertain the crowd. He also said he fights differently when he respects the power of an opponent, " like David lemieux". He fought smart against him and utilised the jab and body punches. So ud have to be an idiot if you think GGG would open his arms to canelo once they've exchanged shots. If GGG is confident, it will be a brawl. If canelo has power, expect GGG to fight smart like against david. Either way GGG will be the one to dictate the fight. It looks like GGG plan might work and lure canelo back into the picture.

This is true. Lemieux was a perfect demonstration of GGGs boxing skills. We all saw how Canelo was outclassed by Floyd. I think GGG would handle Canelo much like Floyd did only with finishing power. Don't think Oscar doesn't realize this and will put off a fight with GGG until he is on social security

Most prefight talk is just hype but Golovkin did exactly what he said.
GGG said he would make it a street fight and give the fans "big drama show"
I know GGG could have boxed Brook and systematically beat him down but he chose to give the fans the "drama show" he promised.
Oscar will say anything to protect his Golden Goose (Duck). lol
