I don't think its close and think Canelo's power is very overrated on the whole.
He has better timing, faster, crisper combinations but that raw power, GGG and its not remotely close.

The eye test actually looks like Canelo has more pop and snap in his punches but the numbers dont lie about the KOs I guess.

I get called a GGG fanboy, he is my favourite fighter...

But man some of you underrate Canelo so much now. Canelo has some MAD POP in his hands. His handspeed is also incredible. I think GGG wipes the floor with him but I don't see too many MW not named GGG giving Canelo too much trouble. BJS and Eubank Jr probably give him some work that's about it.
