Russian hackers have released the medical records of some top athletes in the US.
The hackers penetrated WADA's database and revealed that tennis players, Venus and Serena Williams, and gymnast Simone Biles, had received banned drugs.
WADA said the three athletes had applied for and received TUE's.
The hackers (Fancy Bear and Anonymous) say that TUE's are a "license for doping" and that more records of athletes will be released soon.
I wonder if any boxers (amateur or pro) are getting worried?

I am sure there will be, I bet there will be boxers on the list. Depending who they are will depend on how big the excuses will be. I am very skeptical on this whole TUE thing, I basically find it as an excuse and excuses are a pet peeve of mine.

Thats EXACTLY what a TUE is.

So I think you gotta prove that a TUE shouldn't have been given to prove anything bad here. Or show that Serena or whoever is getting a TUE for an issue that a non-brand name tennis player is being denied a TUE with the same situation.

So that being the case this news seems like who gives a **** news to me. Unless there are more details I've not heard or haven't been released.

Granted I wouldn't be shocked if it turns out to be the case, but I don't see anything here that anyone should really give a f#ck about yet.

It goes more like this... Simone Biles gets diagnosed with ADHD when she is six and is prescribed Ritalin. When she is a world class gymnast at 16, she sees that Ritalin is a banned substance by WADA. Since she has a medical reason for taking it, WADA grants her an exemption for Ritalin.

They weren't taking anabolic steroids.
