Juan Francisco Estrada and Carlos Cuadras both gave Chocolachino a boxing lesson. Anyone who says otherwise is a ******.

It was a close fight, and I see your points definitely. Just comparing Gonzalez' busted up mug to Cuadras' face says alot. Certainly hope we get a rematch. I think Cuadras will improve, but Gonzalez has hit a wall. So Cuadras will win the rematch. And fight #3.

And yes, I watch fights more and more now without audio. All networks have become way too biased with their commentating. Shame too. I like to hear some details as the fight goes on... legit info I can use. Manny Steward could always be depended on for that.

'The problem with Cuadras is that he's running so much he can't get his feet set. He can't get his feet set to throw punches to hurt Gonzalez. He's done so much running that it hurts his punching power'

So that cut and swelling on Gonzalez face appeared out of nowhere?
Yeah, Ledderman has been hit-or-miss in recent years. And Lampley has been off the charts fluffing up HBOs big investments. Same could be said for Showtime... especially Mauro Ranallo. What a joke his DA is. It's just a shame that in the HBO and Showtime and PBC boardrooms, they actually think true boxing fans won't see thru all the b.s. of fluffing up fighters that commentators do in recent years. Really a travesty for/to the sport.

Yeah, Cuadras won 115-113 or a draw, NO MORE.

Plus he was the champion and he did a better job since the 5 round.

The Face of Roman González is just the result of the job and superior skills and defense of Cuadras.

I gave Chocolatito the first 4 rounds. It took that long for Quadras' power to show. If wasn't for that, It wouldn't have been close.

Round 1 was for Cuadras, in my opinion.

I do believe he deserves the rematch but I saw Chocolatito win a close UD. (The cards were way too wide)

Yea, he did have a "slick" style, maybe that's why I was more impressed with him. But my other point still remains. If anyone is scoring the bout for Gonzalez based off effective aggression you have to show me how his aggression was effective. Cuadras was still moving in the 12th like he was in the 1st. He didn't wear Cuadras down and Cuadras had Gonzalez spent by the 11th rd. He put on a masterclass performance imo.

Round 1 maybe, but he was busting him up for real after the 4th. Ledderman talking about running was probably because these guys were going at it like a DVD stuck on fast forward. Great fight!
