You guessed it, Carl Froch.

Golovkin simply isn't that effective as a professional.
And no, he didn't get hit for making it a streetfight, lol. He got badly hurt in the first round by an uppercut.
I agree he is ineffective as a professional. That must be why he has a long win streak, KO streak, and is being avoided by the few remaining decent middleweights. You should have just referred to him as being untested and I might have been with you. He needs to step up if he can't get BJS, Canelo or Jacobs in with him. Go for Jack or Degale.
Just a question, have you ever seen a fight before where someone alters their style? I believe that if you watch a little obscure fight like SRL v Duran you might see SRL fight one way. If you watch the sequel you might just see a ............... Different Style. It's obvious to anyone who is not partisan that Golovkin just waded in to try to KO Brook, a bum rush if you will. He got caught clean by a fast, smaller man who actually happens to have a longer reach. Rightly or wrongly this was a very different tactic from his fight with Lemieux who has ............ Middleweight Power.
Feel free to rant about GGG taking on a smaller man. I agree. I didn't want this fight. But your other points are puerile, simplistic and mostly just wrong. You come across as very insecure.

think people look at fights like this the wrong way. GGG wasn't at hs best and through 3 rounds was in a tougher then expected fight. This happens sometimes and too often posters act like this exposes a guy. It doesn't.
So he gave up trying to box and imposed his will on Brook through the next 3 rounds to get the win. Instead of being a negative, IMO its a positive.

Gennady is an offensive wrecking machine who leads with his front foot. The only way to defeat him is by getting your punches off first and overpowering him and not by out boxing him because he cuts the ring off too well. Brook had hardly any room in there to move in that ring.
If a fighter can force Golovkin to fight off the back foot, either through punching power or just simply by out mauling and brawling him on the inside, he will then find himself in a vulnerable position because he does not counter punch at all.
Have one noticed, once his opponents start unloading punches on him he rarely throws anything back?

When Brook was constantly moving around, Golovkin also had massive problems hitting him and it was so easy to dodge that Brook even taunted Golovkin while dodging his punches. In the end, Golovkin won and it was inevitable. But he got no skills. He can cut off the ring and that's the only thing he got. His punches are too wild and he got no defense and no ability to adjust. Mayweather should come back for an easy win number 50 against Golovkin.
I know that people are now making excuses about Golovkin being sick or weight-drained or intimidated by the crowd or just growing old over night, but we saw what we saw. A limited boxer beating a good boxer only due to his massive power advantage.
This is definitely Golovkin's best win, but also the definitive proof that the hype has gone too far. Froch would have murdered him and against Ward, he would look like an absolute joke, hitting air all night.
