Hopefully Canelo gets Saunders and the Little G vs. Jacobs fight falls through. Then Little G will lose out on adding Saunder's belt and be stripped of his W.B.A. belt for failing to come to terms with Jacobs, . That piece of s**t Little G deserves nothing less.

That's under the assumption that there is enough money in a bid which seems doubtful at this point. I was absolutely shocked hbo said no. GGG wants billy joe because there is alot of money in the uk in boxing it's blowing up. It's dead here compared to over there, obviously. He's going to where the money is at, and I don't blame him. I'm American btw.

If HBO World Championship Boxing only had half the ratings of Game of Thrones, we'd be seeing this fight on there. The problem with the ratings of HBO boxing is its inconsistency. There are no more true superstars in boxing today.

People really need to face the reality that HBO is moving away from boxing.
I subscribe to HBO mainly for boxing and this has been BY FAR the worst year that i can remember. Foolish ppv fights like Crawford/Postol, tons of laughable mismatches like GGG vs Brook & the lack of 24-7 episodes. I'm looking at the schedule right now & the ONLY non PPV fight they have for the rest of the year is Fury/Klitschko 2 (thank god it's on regular hbo in the U.S.). With their relationship with Arum fading, it looks to be over for HBO Boxing.

It has been a weak year but they still have dates for Canelo and Ggg later this year and they get massively better ratings than anything Showtime has to offer.

Who cares about the ratings when the fights are shit? Showtime has put on far better fights than HBO. That's not even up for debate.

HBO should mind if they lose money on the fight, they should still make that fight. The would look like a hypocrite if they turn around and not make the fight due to money, they criticise boxers who use money as an excuse so they can't be seen to do the same thing.
