Brook deserves a ton of credit, he gave Gennady his closest fight in awhile. I would have let him fight a bit longer but he probably was gonna go soon, he didn't really throw many punches back in the 5th.

I feel for Brook there. Fair play to him, he took the fight when others wouldn't and he took it to GGG.
I think the stoppage was the right thing to do if they had already talked about the eye in the corner, especially as the GGG was putting it on Brook more in that round.

I don't think GGG had any respect for Brook's power hence the approach. and how the fight looked.

Brook can fight though..he's talented and i expect him to do really well at 154.

Brook would beat pretty much all MW bar GGG with the fight he gave tonight. There is not many fighters who would be able to take the punches Brook was landing.

This is his ONLY performance at MW, we havent seen him even fight a tomato can at 160. Nobody could take his "power"? we have no idea what his power is at 160, we also have no idea how well he takes other MW's shots, who will also have superior power to his own.
