There were rumours of Thurman vs Cotto a few weeks ago, that tells me this source is legit.

I just DM'd this Boxing Talk guy on twitter and he's a solid guy, turns out most of the 'big boxing accounts' on twitter get their info off him, he didn't say any names, but this guy is 100% legit

I asked him about why PBC's top names haven't been very active, he says PBC are working on a new project and it's nothing to do with financial troubles, says PBC will deliver some big fights before the year is otu
