None of that matters...they are equally **** fights and should never have been signed. At the time, i would have rather seen floyd fight top a ww, and now I'd rather see ggg fight a top mw. Both could be considered somewhat interesting, but a let down nonetheless. It's not like the outcome of either of these fights was or is in question. I think brook has a better chance against ggg than marquez did against floyd tho.Comment

no one in their right mind uses boxrec to look up p4pComment

Marquez had 5 losses, was a past prime lightweight, bloated up, and didn't have Memo at the time. Marquez ain't ****.
Brook walks around at 185 and is bigger than GGG.Comment

Very few people on this message board gave Floyd credit for that fight or any other fight in which he has participated. Hatton and De La Hoya walked around bigger than Floyd. The haters didn't give Floyd credit for those fights. In fact, the haters on this board have never given Floyd credit for anyone he has fought or anything he has done in the ring.Piss-drinker Marquez was 36, had 4 losses and was going up 2 divisions to fight Floyd, and Floyd came in overweight. Yet you all loved that fight and gave Floyd credit.
Now Brook is also going up 2 divisions but he is 36-0, prime, and walks around bigger than GGG. Yet you hate on this fight?
I give Floyd credit. But you should also give GGG and Brook credit. Stop hating on this fight.
If Golovkin wins, I will give him credit for beating a guy moving up from 147.Comment

Marquez was seen as 2nd best fighter in the entire sport. Sit down and think about that for a while and understand how ****** what you just wrote is.Comment
