BS. My post is dealing only with GGG fans that have different standards. Say the same thing you did when others turned down there biggest payday.

No one is blaming GGG for Canelo not fighting him. However, if Canelo/ODH makes an offer that will give GGG his highest ever payday and GGG turns it down, people will respond to that.

    • And GGG has to fight with a blindfold on & give 20% of his flat fee purse to Mexican nurses. And he also has to kiss Oscar's pinky ring. And he also needs to promise to not hit Canelo too hard & if he does he agrees to be DQ'd & to give his entire purse to the Mexican nurses.

LMAO at people who think Canelo is something special. More PPVs or not, Canelo still gets his ass kicked by GGG.

Everyone here just talks about A-side B-side, PPV numbers and resumes. NO ONE talks about the dynamics of a potential fight between them and we know EXACTLY why - because no one denies that GGG will whoop that ginger. They just trash GGG and defend Canelo ducking him. Great fans.....

It was probably a $1.5 mil upfront guarantee plus UK PPV plus a percentage of ticket sales that would have netted him $4 mil total, but you guys can't tell the difference.
They probably got their info from right here on BoxingScene:

          March 30, 2016:

Billy Joe Saunders has played down reports he received a whopping $4m career high pay day offer to tangle with the feared Kazakh KO King Gennady Golovkin, who holds the IBO/WBA/IBF world titles.

“I’ll go to America but these Americans have got to stop offering me s*** money to fight, people keep saying I got offered $4m to fight him. If I got $4m to fight Golovkin, I would be fighting him!” explained Saunders.

The WBO World Middleweight Champion was speaking to Kugan Cassius yesterday and revealed: “They offered me $1.5m for what? To go in someone’s back yard. Alright Lemieux done it… Look where he is now… No belt and no ranking!”

              • You people are ******ed if you think GGG deserves more than Canelo got against Cotto, $5mil. That's more than fair.

It's the biggest fight in boxing, and here you are trying to defend the comical flat fee demand

Stop trying to change the subject. If he gets an offer and turns it down, hold him accountable as you did the guys that turned down GGG. It's that simple.
