Why more than 10 mil? Why would Golovkin get over 5x he usually makes? Will Canelo get 5x he makes?

GGG reported purse is going to be 10mil, Brook 6mil. If the VP of GBP is going to go on record and say that the contract they offer will be more money than GGG has ever seen, then it has to be more than what he's getting for this Saturday. 10mil.

Excuse me, 4-6mil for Brook, 6-8mil for GGG. So I guess GBP better offer 7mil or more. I knew I saw 10mil somewhere...but I guess that was just the assumed take for both fighters. The situations are actually pretty similar, only not in the way Mr Clarke wants to portray. Golovkin said to Ward (last year) "I want to fight you this fall." Ward said, "maybe next year". Golovkin said to Canelo, "I want to fight you this year". Canelo says, "maybe next year".

When it comes to fighting GGG, its always, "maybe next year".

With no source for any of this information, and tthe numbers that you're bantering about combining to have Matchroom Sport on the hook for about as much money as they paid out for Froch-Groves II, I'm calling bull****. lol
