WADA confirmed that under the 2015 World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions (ISTUE), a retroactive TUE can be granted for an IV drip to combat dehydration.

4.3 An Athlete may only be granted retroactive approval for his/her The****utic Use of a Prohibited Substance or Prohibited Method (i.e., a retroactive TUE) if:

    a. Emergency treatment or treatment of an acute medical condition was necessary; or
    b. Due to other exceptional circumstances, there was insufficient time or opportunity for the Athlete to submit, or for the TUEC to consider, an application for the TUE prior to Sample collection; or
    c. The applicable rules required the Athlete(see comment to Article5.1)or permitted the Athlete (see Code Article 4.4.5) to apply for a retroactive TUE; or
    d. It is agreed, byWADA and by the Anti-Doping Organization to whom the application for a retroactive TUE is or would be made, that fairness requires the grant of a retroactive TUE.

Stop embarrassing yourself. WADA clearly states you are wrong, chump.

Wada rules will always say "in advance" for a tue no matter what the medical concern is.

"Contrary to Mr. Hauser’s unsubstantiated claims that USADA does not utilize CIR testing on the basis that it is “unnecessary and too expensive,” USADA absolutely conducts CIR testing as part of our professional boxing testing programs. For instance, CIR testing was conducted on all 22 urine samples collected from both Mr. Mayweather and Mr. Pacquiao during the testing program in advance of their May 2, 2015 fight.

USADA maintains, however that focusing only on CIR testing is not up to current scientific practices. USADA also utilizes the Athlete Biological Passport (ABP) to longitudinally monitor an athlete’s urine and blood profiles, which allows us to look for any minor or major fluctuations in an athlete’s blood and steroid values, including fluctuations in their T/E ratio. If there were to be any fluctuations, they could lead to additional targeted testing. In addition, USADA’s professional boxing testing programs include testing for EPO, hGH and peptide hormones.
              "

              You lose pact@rd.

Is that the best explaination you can come up with, it's pathetic, I've shown you morons where it states the TUE needs to be in advance when the IV is given at home for rehydration, none of you clowns have shown anything to the contrary, your just hopeless floyd fanboys who couldn't see the truth about the situation even when there is rules spelled out to you time and time again, you guys remind me of that cartoon with the 2 dogs, floyd is the bigger dog and you guys are bouncing around him saying, " you want to play ball spike ha you want to play ball" you guys don't have the ability to think for yourselves, really a sad situation
