Well done ******, you just added to my arguement, that's the only reason he has gotten away with it, because the WBC is not a signatory to the WADA code, floyd stated he was doing Olympic style testing but really all he was doing was trying to make himself look good, no intention of abiding by WADA code, why do you think that paragraph 30 was written into the contract, read the rebuttal, doesn't rebut that the 1st contract sent allows nsac or pacquaio not to be notified about a TUE being issued, as for morales, answer me why they didn't confirm the positive tests with an email or fax, that would prove they did make contact, they only rang through the info, crap

You're an absolute moron. USADA has to abide by WADA's rules. That's why the WADA spokesperson says, "We understand that USADA was contracted to do the testing, however."

Once again. Floyd did not have anything written into the contract. Everything about TUEs came from WADA's rules. Pacquiao added to the contract, and Mayweather approved it.

What you are also too ****** to realize is that the reason Morales still fought is because NYSAC is not a signatory of the WADA code and therefore NYSAC could have the fight go on, even when it was proven that USADA contacted them about the failed test. There is no way that an article dating before the fight took place quoting Richard Schaeffer saying that NYSAC was contacted about the failed test could have been altered to cover for USADA not contacting the NYSAC. The article wasn't predicting the future, moron. USADA already explained why they didn't feel the need to do anything beyond the phonecall that was confirmed by Golden Boy on a date BEFORE THE FIGHT TOOK PLACE!

Are you ready to give up now? You've already proven you're a complete imbecile who has no idea what he is talking about.

Show me proof that usada told the commission about the positive tests before the morales fight, they said they RANG the information through, where was the follow up conformation in writing of the positive tests, there was none because IF there was then they would have shown that to PROVE they contacted them, fact is your a biased ****head, usada acted very unprofessionally by not notifying NSAC about the IV before the fight, the TUE should have been initiated straight away, not 19 days later and at some stage I hope this comes back to bite floyd on the arse in the same manner it bit lance Armstrong, this is exactly how he managed to take EPO and not get caught, via illegal IV infusion

Dude. Give up. I showed you the proof.

                1. Date of the Morales/Garcia fight: October 20th, 2012.

                2. Date of an article revealing that USADA notified the NYSAC: October 18th, 2012
                http://www.boxingscene.com/usada-fin...ug-test--58332

                3. Richard Shaeffer quoted in said article:
"On Tuesday night (October 16th), USADA informed us that there were irregularities in a test from Erik Morales," Schaefer told BoxingScene.com. "On Wednesday (October 17th), USADA informed the respective camps and the [New York State Athletic] Commission as well. This process is going to have to play itself out."

                4. USADA dropped names and revealed why there was no need for written confirmation:
Notice was provided directly to NYSAC Chairwoman Melvina Lathan by USADA Legal Affairs Director Onye Ikwuakor and USADA Sports Testing and Resources Director Andrew Morrison. A representative from Golden Boy Promotions was also on the call when notification was provided to the NYSAC.

Since the NYSAC was notified promptly of Mr. Morales’ positive test by telephone, there was no need for USADA to send any written follow- up for the NYSAC’s files (nor was one requested). There are multiple witnesses to the fact and substance of that telephone conversation.

                5. A retroactive TUE is a standard part of WADA's ISTUE. Also, the completed application for the TUE along with the reasons the application was approved by an independent group of doctors who had no way of identifying that the application was from Mayweather was submitted through the ADAMS system and sent to WADA. WADA could then review the application if they would like. Because a WADA spokesperson has already commented on this specific issue and revealed that a retroactive TUE can be issued to combat dehydration, it is common sensical to believe WADA was well aware of the issue here.

So in conclusion, the NYSAC was aware of the positive test for Morales on the Wednesday before the fight, which was to take place on Saturday. The issue with the TUE for Mayweather being a retroactive TUE is a non-issue since a WADA spokesperson co-signed its legitimacy.

Is this enough for you now? Admit you are wrong and scurry along.

                --------Edit--------
Also, get your facts straight. Armstrong was able to take EPO and not get caught largely because there was no EPO test at the time that he was taking it. Some of his samples were tested at a later time when the test was developed, and the tests came back POSITIVE!

That's here say ******, that's not proof, the commission said they weren't contacted, that's here say as well, usada has a burden of liability to confirm in writing, show me where they did that before the fight, that would be proof, Schaefer and golden boy had a vested interest due to the money they would lose on the fight, you really are one of the most ignorant imbecile posters I've ever come across
