Most people probably also don't know that Shawn Porter used to fight at Middleweight for a long time early in his career and is a brute force and Porter got pretty much outclassed by Brook.

They've all got agendas whether Floyd fans trying g to make gggg guilty for fighting smaller guys. So people do t ask Floyd too fight GGG.

Get over it, brook is gggs toughest fight and that isn't because GGG has rubbish resume
agree 100%. Brook is a talented big welter, who should be a 154 pounder. The agendas here are crazy. Yep i see the Floydies still here jealous because their man is being replaced. Sorry , i call it like i see it. GGG is a good fighter and he should be commended for fighting like every 2 or 3 months not 2 x's a year like alot of guys.

If Ward was not fighting in his backyard with the ref in his pocket, he would have been DQed at least in the Kessler fight

Going back to Froch, Froch offered the rematch to Ward in Frochs backyard, but Ward outright ducked the fight. Just shows you what kind of "fighter" Ward is, how can you even call him champion when he does not even have the balls to travel and can only win in his homecountry? EVERY single victory in the Super 6 was won on hometurf.

That was exactly the same fight GGG agreed to in a heartbeat, fighting Froch at 168 in Nottingham, Ward pussied out, GGG showed how its done.

He also believes Brook will be Golovkin's toughest test ever.

Carl Froch has sparred with Kell Brook and is expecting the Sheffield star to pose the sort of problems Gennady Golovkin has never had to deal with before when they meet on Saturday, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

Here is what Froch said about sparring Brook:

Froch:" When it comes to his (Brook's) defence, his range and his timing, he is a Nightmare. I know it was a few years ago as I was getting ready to fight Andre Dirrell, but I sparred with Kell and I did not enjoy it in the slightest."

Froch:" Kell was awkward, he was impossible to hit and although it was only two or three rounds, I do remember thinking "this kid is going to go all the way and become a world champion."

Froch:" He (Brook) had that Ingle awkwardness that made him hard to get close to and hit. When I did get in, that right over the top kept landing. It was a nightmare spar back then. The lad is special."

Froch:" We will see if Kell causes him the nightmare I had back in 2009. We will see just how good Golovkin actually is becuse I do think he will see some of the things I did back then."

To all of you who still think this fight is a mismatch, YDKSAB! I'm pretty sure Froch knows more than you fools on the Internet!!!!!!!!

Froch is bigger and stronger than GGG and if a green Brook can give Prime Carl Froch nightmares, HE CAN BEAT GOLOVKIN!
Sparring and competitive fighting are very different. As a MW, I used to spar with a speedy LW who gave me nightmares because I could hardly land a punch on him. In a fight though, with no headgear, smaller gloves and bad intention, the few punches I did land would soon have had him in trouble.

But having said that, Froch mentions something there which I think could be a factor in this fight - the "Ingle awkwardness".

Ingle gym fighters are different, and they always have been.

In many ways, Brook looks like a typical UK boxer, but he does some things differently - the overhand rights Froch mentioned - or suddenly checking while coming forward, then stepping to the side to open up angles - or standing straight up and leaning back away from punches when the opponent is expecting him to try and slide under them - unpredictable things like that surprise opponents and make them frustrated and wary of letting their punches go.

These are things we know.... Why you posted this video is beyond me, you come off as seeming disabled upstairs sometimes.

Anyone thinking Brook can hang with Golovkin because he sparred 3 rounds with Froch is probably a fan boy still trying to hype this mismatch.

Skill for skill, this is a good fight. I just think GGG being a natural MW will catch up with Brook. It wouldn't shock me if GGG stopped Brook, but I'm predicting this one goes the distance and GGG wins an 8-4ish decision

he wasnt undefeated, calzaghe beat him.And the tactics of ward were absolutely shocking, so much so that it should have been a no contest/DQ. 5 Headbutts and 88 clinches

I'd back most Welterweights to outclass Carl Froch over 2-3 rounds in sparring. THe guy is a terrible boxer but makes it up with his chin, stamina and sheer determination. Also of course he's backing Brook because he's good friends with Matchroom promotions.
