if you watch interviews from luis decubas, lara's manager and the guy who posts on his social media, you will get your answer.

lara's people are not pursuing that fight. they haven't even asked for it. they have yet to contact haymon, loeffler, or either network. they're big boys and know what to do if they really want the fight. they use twitter as a platform to call golovkin out and promote themselves. if they really wanted the fight they wouldn't ask for it on twitter exclusively, which is what they do. they'd call al first. then they'd get al to call the networks. then they'd call loeffler.

if lara would take willie wade money that fight would be signed already.

Lol. I don't believe it, I KNOW it. GGG would destroy Lara. "He can run, but he can't hide"

Team GGG and HBO do not share your confidence at the moment.

After Loeffler spoke to Haymon, Lara's own manager came out with a list of reasons why the fight isn't going happen.

No more twittering about GGG from Decubas now.

He drew with him first time around. I don't like triangle theories in boxing, but GGG >> Martirosyan ... by a long way.

I'm watching boxing since long ago.
And I've noticed that, at the amateurs, the "Cuban school" is better that the "Soviet school"... but this isn't at the amateurs...

Lara fans are in a fantasy dream world if they believe he is a serious threat to beat GGG because of his skilled hit and run style. If slow plodding Angulo can knock Lara on his ass not once, but twice then GGG will knock his head off. All Lara can do is lose round after round running away from GGG until GGG lands some bombs and knocks him out. Who did Lara ever beat that GGG wouldn't beat quicker and easier? Lara had a draw with Molina and many fans thought Molina deserved the win. If he can't even beat Molina he hasn't a chance in hell of beating GGG.
