3 pages in and nobody tells the truth. Lara is a high risk/low reward fight. GGG can take lower risk/higher reward fights that are acceptable to fans so there is no incentive to fight Lara.

The highest HBO broadcast of the year is GGG vs. Dwyane Wade. If he's pulling in those kind of numbers for D Wade, why would they even consider a fight with Lara?

Hey slowboy ... Loeffler talked to Haymon about making the fight and that was the response from Lara's manager, a list of reasons why it isn't going to happen.

If Canelo could convincingly beat Lara GGG almost certainly stops him, this fight is as bad as the Brook one possibly worse. Last I saw of Brook he looked like a cruiser weight on the broadcast sofa, that dude has one seriously unhealthy appetite when he ain't going back to random guys houses he has met in the early hours of the morning in dimly lit night clubs.

Loeffler contacted Haymon about all his fighters, not to make a fight with Lara. Lies again.

Lara would be low reward but not high risk for GGG. If slow-footed Canelo can sneak a points win against him, Golovkin, who hits harder and knows how to cut the ring, would KO him for sure.

If Lara would take the fight for the same money as Wade did ....

Surely Lara is bigger than Wade/Monroe Jr/Adama?

If Lara really is an easy fight, why not let Gennady KO him in 6 rounds and show his superiority over Canelo?

Maybe, just maybe, they saw something in Lara's schooling of Canelo and GGG's fight with Ouma that they didn't like?
IMO HBO is going to keep feeding him easy KO wins. Lara, on paper, is not an easy KO win given his skills and his ability to box and move.

Don't worry about Kell Brook's fitness. He will be as well prepared as he possibly can be for Golovkin.
