I would love to see GGG-Lara but have you not been paying attention? Go watch the interview with Lara's manager or look at Dibella's timeline. Espinoza said it can't happen because of "TV problems." When Lara's manager was asked about it, he said they wanted huge money and that they wouldn't necessarily go to HBO because "Showtime has been loyal." Read between the lines. It's all talk. I'm happy to talk to you about this more but you have to acknowledge the fact that Lara is a Showtime fighter and both his manager and his advisor's sham promoter, two members of Extended Team Lara, said, in not so many words, that the fight can't happen because of money and because Lara will only fight on Showtime.

So if you acknowledge that fact, and also acknowledge Golovkin is exclusive to HBO, then we can talk more about GGG-Lara, but obviously now that you know the facts, there is nothing else to talk about. Lara has no interest in going to HBO and taking the kind of payday HBO pays fighters with little fanbase (we're talking $1 mil at most, probably more like 500k) to fight the most dangerous man in boxing. It sounds like they want 3mil or more and they want it on Showtime. GGG doesn't fight on Showtime.

So yeah. Lara don't want GGG. Lara wants money. And he wants it on Showtime.

Eubank called GGG out but didnt really fancy it. But who said Lara would pose GGG problems? Just cos he posed Nelo problems dont mean he would pose problems to GGG. GGG is better than Nelo.

Brook might pose problems to GGG, but he signed contract. We dont want Lara and GGG. We want Nelo and GGG. Nelo is talking a lot and not doing too much. GGG wants to shut the talker up.

Chilemba is a difficult fighter to look great against. Bundu is a difficult fighter to look great against. There are a lot of fighters that are difficult to look great against. Why can't GGG do something difficult?

Because he has an image which he doesn't want to take a risk on, this is why i said i give canelo credit. The easier thing to say is "Nobody knows who lara is" and use that as an excuse to fight lesser known names.

You know a guy is running out of excuses when he's asking for a guy to leave him alone and face someone else.

He dropped the belt, left the division, said he's not pursuing a fight with GGG, now he's looking for Lara for cover.

Too Bad I would never pay to see Lara fight again....dont even watch him when it is free because he ran too much for my taste .....especially after the 7th round when canelo cut him on the eye with a punch that is when Lara hit the turbo and ran and ballerinad his way around.....so sad for lara that when he could lay it on the line he ran so no I will not pay to see him fight ever again...even if it is against the UNDISPUTED Middleweight of the World GGG....Lara would be a usain bolt type of runner....Thanks but no Thanks

Canelo bringing up the guy who beat him the only thing that saved his record from reflecting it was the non biased scoring... this fker must think we got amnesia or some **** like we don't remember him looking like a ****** getting out-landed every round and getting them rounds anyway for participation I guess?... We still remember Levi Martinez who is one of em new age judges give fights away for effort as long as you got the right name. Especially since he's done it again since repeatedly bringing that up shows lack of brains he Is, so very dumb to even bring up a fight where the NAC investigated a judge for his score. He should stick to what hes done and pretend the Lara fight never happened and quietly take the robbery.

Canelo has a point but him making it looks weak and soft. Canelo should have fought GGG in May or be fighting GGG in September. He isn't. So whoever GGG fights Canelo should keep his trap shut.

If Canelo is so high on Lara, rematch him. Otherwise, fight GGG or go suck Coka' ****.
