Golovkin should fight Lara IMO unless a credible MW can be found - or hell, even a credible SMW if GGG fancies a challenge (), but what do you reckon an acceptable offer would be - perhaps somewhere in the $1 - 1.5 mil range?

See this is how you know I'm right about everything I say regarding boxing, and your view is totally wrong. Your insults don't even bother me because I know I'm right, so I even joke about myself. That's what they want! So when you look at life through a racial lens, you are playing into the dialectic they set up. Why do you think CNN is always talking about race? Even ESPN now is doing it like they're a political show? You seen First Take lately brother? Why do you think Facebook censored many news stories, but intentionally placed Black Lives Matter to the top of their news feed?

Think about it. You really think CNN, ESPN (Disney), and Facebook, the biggest establishment corporate companies, care about black people? Or any of us? **** no man you must know that. And yet they spend all day talking like they're trying to help black people... why do you think that is? Why do you do all these supposedly "pro-helping black people" stories all day if they don't actually care about black people? It's because they know by talking about race all day, they're not helping black people, they are hurting black people, and white people, by creating division. Divide and conquer. Read The Art of War or The Prince and you will understand so many of us are falling into this false dialectic of control that is a reality created for us by people above us, by the system. They want us focusing on race, hating each other, instead of learning that truth. I'm telling you brother that's keeping it 100 because it's the truth. I would love to see GGG-Lara but have you not been paying attention? Go watch the interview with Lara's manager or look at Dibella's timeline. Espinoza said it can't happen because of "TV problems." When Lara's manager was asked about it, he said they wanted huge money and that they wouldn't necessarily go to HBO because "Showtime has been loyal." Read between the lines. It's all talk. I'm happy to talk to you about this more but you have to acknowledge the fact that Lara is a Showtime fighter and both his manager and his advisor's sham promoter, two members of Extended Team Lara, said, in not so many words, that the fight can't happen because of money and because Lara will only fight on Showtime.

So if you acknowledge that fact, and also acknowledge Golovkin is exclusive to HBO, then we can talk more about GGG-Lara, but obviously now that you know the facts, there is nothing else to talk about. Lara has no interest in going to HBO and taking the kind of payday HBO pays fighters with little fanbase (we're talking $1 mil at most, probably more like 500k) to fight the most dangerous man in boxing. It sounds like they want 3mil or more and they want it on Showtime. GGG doesn't fight on Showtime.

So yeah. Lara don't want GGG. Lara wants money. And he wants it on Showtime.

Ggg is making at least 2x his career high next. Wouldn't be surprised if Canelo make less vs Smith. More importantly, what the majority of you NSB idiots don't get, it opens up possibilities in a lucrative new market for him. That's how you become a global star, it's what got him here.

Bottom line, it's the biggest fight for Canelo, and only way to regain some of the respect he's lost in a major way. Remember when he was well respected, like 9 months ago?

5 million is small money for Canelo. Never forget that.
