Its every fighter's dream to have a big fight in Vegas, but not Ward. It just shows Ward is trying to do his best to make sure this fight never takes place.
You got all these clowns saying the same thing. Nobody is scared of this fight happening.
Were scared it wont happen.
Ward going MiA is not normal in a situation like this. They need to be promoting all over twitter and ig. They need to be doing a press tour.
Training camp needs to start I two tweeks and you got larry bringing his c level poster game to the conversation
Kathy Duva couldn't even sell 1500 tickets for Kovalev-Mohammedi, yet we're supposed to believe that she's got the promotional pull to fill a 20k-seat venue, lol.
The fight already has a date for November, with HBO handling the PPV, and Kathy Duva doesn't have a venue locked down for the fight. (no doubt in my mind that Roc Nation put forward Oracle Arena (Oakland, where Ward sells tickets) and Barclays Center (premier NYC venue that Roc Nation has a relationship with; boxing/mma legislation has yet to be resolved though) as options yet Duva is somehow trying to sell the story that Kovalev has the pull to put over 15k people into the building, when he could even sell 1500 for his last Vegas fight).

MGM is putting up a site fee, so Duva couldnt care less how many tickets get sold.........

If MGM was putting up a site fee, and thus in control of the tickets for the operation, MGM Resorts would've already announced the fight and the tickets would already be on sale.
In case you forgot, MGM Resorts put up a rumored $16m to host Cotto-Alvarez, chose to stage that fight at the 12k-seat Mandalay Bay Events Center, and maybe actually put 1000 tickets out to market.
For a person who allegedly use to promote fights, you sure do make a lot of simple mistakes about basic ****.
The last time Kathy Duva was in Vegas, she rented Mandalay Bay and maybe sold 1,000 tickets; if you honestly think that MGM Resorts is now coming back with some sizable fee to now host a Kovalev fight at their new 20k-seat venue, you played yourself.
