Massive question mark over him right now we know Eubank Jr would take that fight in a shot imo.
Asking for a 50/50 split, as the challenger, against a champion you have already lost to once is not realistic. Especially when that champion has a very real prospect of defending against one of boxings biggest cash-cows.

Saunders wants what any world champion wants - to hold on to his title and make as much money as he can while defending it.

Imo, people are making too much of a big deal about him turning down a fight with Rosado on Canelo's undercard. According to BJS, the reason he turned that fight down was that he wasn't being offered enough money for it. And it's not like he had to take in order to get a fight with Canelo next. If Canelo beats Smith he'll be going back up to MW, and BJS is the man he'll be looking for.

A better question would be, what do the Eubanks want? They are absolutely all over the place at the moment.

BJS does talk a lot of shite. But he would have already defended his title once by now if not for an injury, and I can understand his position better than I can understand the Eubanks.

Bill is dreaming if he thinks he is on the same level as Golovkin now, which is what he's been saying. But he does have that WBO belt, which both GGG and Canelo want. Jnr has nothing but a growing reputation as an unpredictable diva.

He can thank his old man for that.

I like Ebank but can't see why he thinks he deserves 50/50 !

Eubank does bring in the casual fans, but BJS has the title and a win over Eubank , so no chance of 50/50.

I think that fight is one the Eubanks would again cash themselves out of. I feel they (wrongly) see themselves above BJS and would make demands accordingly if talks once again started.

Does eubank want to avenge loss? If he does he theoretically should give all the purse to bjs and not get paid even one dollar.

But seriously 60 40 seems fair to bjs

Basically saying 50/50 means this rematch won't happen.

Bjs doesn't need the fight. Eubank wants to avenge loss so should take 30%

Who cares who's the champ, who cares who won the last fight, the important question is...

                  Who is the "A-side"?

                  Lol

                      No Eubank Jt, no payday...
Eubank Jr could easily target a Daniel Jacobs, Andy Lee or someone like Lemieux and he is going to get a PPV and he is going to get paid good can we say the same about BJS If he chooses to fight any of those opponents?

Saunders just isn't an easy sell.
