And after Golovkin beats him he'll be done with 160. I see him at 154 with Canelo in the near future

I have a hard time seeing Brook fight at 147 again & if he does & its too quick it could be one of those RJJ/Chris Byrd moves down in weight where Brook loses something in the weight loss. And Hearn's works often with PBC & PBC is loaded at 154 so if Brook comes up short at 160 vs GGG I foresee him getting in play for the Charlo's, J Rock or Lara at 154. And obviously if Brook beats GGG than Brook is in play for a huge fight with Canelo so obviously he's not moving back down at that point.
I don't think Brook being "scared' of or ducking Spence would have anything to do with it as some nutty mfers are suggesting either. You don't move up two weight divisions to fight one of the most avoided guys in the sport if you're scared of or ducking a guy 2 divisions down who's still more potential than proven at the elite level.

It all depends on what type of beating he gets from Golovkin.
Brook took the Golovkin fight on short notice - meaning he didn't have time to bulk up/add muscle mass. He always comes down from a high weight to make 147. If he's healthy after Golovkin, I think he definitely takes the Spence fight. A win over Spence gets him those big money WW fights that he wanted before - Khan, Garcia & Thurman.
Meantime, Spence should try to get another fight. Beating a 41 year old Bundu won't prepare him for the same Brook who beat Porter.

"I think I will defend my title again but it all depends on what is the biggest fight out there for me," Brook told Nick Parkinson. "I'm not going back just to fight anyone, I want to fight people the fans are excited about.
"I want to be in huge fights. I've become world champion and now I get excited by fighting the best out there, so I will only go the weight where the big fights are. Errol Spence would be a big fight and he's tipped to do great things. There would be big interest in me fighting him in the US and he's my mandatory so that's a fight that could happen. If people want to see that fight, I will do it."

When he loses to Golovkin = The weight was too much i'm a WW.
If he loses to Spence = I was drained and weak moving back down after fighting at MW.
