Yea you are right Pac cant cut off the ring to save his life, and i equate that to the level of skill of the fighters he fights.

Spence so far looks fine at cutting the ring off, but also take into consideration the fighters hes fights. Cant be all that hard to cut the ring off when you are fighting fighters with no skill and are just at best C- to D level fighters. Just saying.

Well in that case let's take the common "C-- to D" level fighter on their resume, Chris Algieri, who they both fought. The reason why Spence KO'ed him was because of his ability to cut off the ring. While Manny had the power to drop Algieri several times, he couldn't quite catch up to him and finish the job because he was simply following Algieri rather cutting off the ring

So Pacquiao showed his lack off cutting of the ring versus this "C- to D level fighter", that Spence did easily

But what you forget to realize when Pac fought Algieri, Algieri fought a different style of fight.. Against Pac, Algieri was a total mover boxer type of fighter.

When Algieri fought Spence, Algieri revamped his style and became a plodder/****er type fighter because he had changed trainers and had success with that style against khan. So when he fought Spence it wasn't all that hard for spence to find him

If Algieri fought the with that style against Pac I say there is an amazing chance he'd get knocked out as well.
