he is a young contender who I feel will be the champion one day, nothing more or less
Look it I really don't care if you don't give GGG praise, because I'm one who thinks GGG is great but his resume and opponents are straight garbage.

All in saying is how can you praise Spence and are ready to anoint him the king soon and say he will beat everyone in WW even though the guy hasn't fought anyone and I mean anyone of substance. Spence's opponents so far is really garbage. But him knocking them out has you a believer.

Personally I think Thurman is just to much for him. Thurman trumps spence in the speed department, skills department, has more intestinal fortitude, he's proven and he has good power. Spence hits hard and goes to the body well that's all he has over Thurman.

It just seems funny you bash one fighter for fighting and knocking out bums but sing the praise and are ready to anoint another fighter for doing the same thing.

Spence has to prove he is the best welterweight in the world. From what I have seen of him so far I think he is the best welterweight including Mayweather if he comes back. Porter charges in and mauls guys with a two handed attack to the body and the head at very close range. Spence could nail him when he charges in. Spence could beat Porter at his own game of infighting. Spence is vicious at close range with his short hooks and uppercuts to the head and body. I think he will KO Porter no matter what fight plan Porter tries.

I disagree that Thurman has more intestinal fortitude than Spence. Thurman hurt Bundu in the first round. Thurman fought too cautiously and failed to KO Bundu. Spence went after Bundu and KOed him the way Thurman could have and should have but failed to do. Thurman fought a safety first fight. Spence isn't careless or reckless but he fights in a braver more aggressive fashion than Thurman. Spence always come forward while Thurman often fights going backward. If you could put a speed gun on their punches I think Spence's punches would clock faster than Thurman's punches. If Spence fights Thurman I'll bet money on Spence to beat him. Spence tried to fight Thurman a long time ago.

The guys who would do best against him at 147 are imo Thurman, Porter, Diaz and Bradley, but I don't see any of them beating him.

If you're not mobile, it's man down! He's an absolute monster in the pocket, anybody who doesn't have good legs is in trouble against Spence. He reminds me of a southpaw GGG but he's better on the inside, but not as good on the outside.
          Says a GGG fanboy.

Don't you want to see Golovkin's heart and will tested???

          What about that other foreigner,Bivol?
Don't you want to see his heart and will tested??

Seems like there is double standard going on with you casual mofos.

Spence has yet to fight a real top 10 welterweight but he has fought guys with good records and few loses. He has KOed at least 4 guys who had never been KOed. He does have the same problem GGG has. They can only fight and defeat the best boxers who will fight them and many of the best fighters in their respective weight classes refuse to fight them.

Hey I think spence is a very good young fighter with a good future ahead of him but dude hasn't fought anyone at all. But his knock outs over overmatched opponents has turned you into a believer?

Aren't you one of those dudes who are on a crusade against GGG about him fighting overmatched guys? Wierd how a guys skin color has you singing a different tune.
              Look who's talking.

The only thing you like about GGG is his skin color...because he hasn't fought anybody either...just like Spence..but you like him and diss Spence for the same shi.t

              Spence isn't 34 y/o fighting i a dead division.

thats Leaves WBO Vargas WBC Danny Garcia and WBA Keith Thurman

at this point I think he'd beat all three

I try not to get ahead myself with young fighters but this kid is the truth. Works hard, has the right attitude and has a nice blend of speed, power, poise and aggression,

Thurman doesnt like it to the body and he is the type of fighter to out jab you, he often wastes a lot of energy moving his legs but not his hands

DSG is the sleeper in the division, always finds a way to win but I dont see how he deals with SPence unless he tries to outbox him in spots and time him coming in

Vargas is straight up and down, pretty basic but solid fighter. Spence beats this kid

I think Porter would make a great opponent for him if he cant get a title shot next.
Id like to see him in there with someone with heavy hands, Porter is an accumulation TKO kinda guy which falls into Spences game. Every guy Spence has faced, he hasnt had to respect at all, itd be nice to see him fight someone that crack back before we deem him as the #1 WW. He got hit clean by Bundu, I wonder how he wouldve reacted if those shots were from a guy like Maidana or hell even Berto or Broner for that matter.

IBF ordered Brook to have a mandatory defence on Dec 26. 2016... He can't make that date anyway: he fights Golovkin on Oct 10.

if you didnt care, you wouldnt have made it a point to compare what I said in regards to GGG in the past and spence today

Like I said, I think Spence will be the man ONE DAY, didnt say he was the man TODAY...big difference. This is the first thread I made about the guy in God knows how long. I could see if I was hyping the kid up daily.

when spence vs Thurman happens it'll be awesome. I like thurman too, but when he has to be the boxer, he looks uncomfortable and wastes a lot of energy...he needs to estalish a jab
