i don't think any sane person, unless directly related, would watch a lara or klit fight over a fight like last nights.

I dont get why ppl just cant enjoy both boxing and MMA. You have to be a bias boxing fanboy to say that fight yesterday wasnt entertaining.

Nah. But Tony Weeks would have stopped McGregor in the 3rd.

Is he a long time championship fighter? No. But he has never been given any favours whatsoever and was always matched hard.
Yup, main problem with boxing right now. When porter and thurman fought it lived up to the hype and was fireworks, boxing needs more of that and less cherry picking. FIghters cant cherry pick in the UFC .

These dudes can't admit it but boxing is just not for them. And that's OK. It's not intended to be an insult. Just am observation.

McGregor goes life and death with the Brandon Rios of MMA and suddenly MMA is epic 2 pub brawlers swinging with the most horrible of technique

Is this even a serious question? Yes UFC can be . . . Entertaining, but the striking is just toooo sloppy for me to admire. Chins in the air, arms swinging away. That little asian guy that lost to Perry. . . That dude had no chin protection at all. Granted is probably more difficult to block/parry 4oz gloves but still, the lack of head movement or real ability to control range is just an irk that stops me fully enjoying the sport.

I like good fights... Good matchups with both guys trying to win..

Doesn't matter the styles, just want to see great matchups and fights.

Too often guys just go for the decision and look to survive, instead of actually trying to beat an opponent.

People say floyd is boring, but when the other guy comes to fight ie castillo, hatton, cotto, Oscar, Maidana, then floyd is in entertaining fights
