Damn such intensity, such ferocity!
Sparred 3 rounds, first time in almost a decade. Felt good video inside

lol...i know it has nothing on the ring wars in mexico, but its not that kind of party...your fighters will be used up going into sparring with the intensity of a real fight...sparring is for learning, not war.
I posed a more instense session in a previous thread....check it out..my homie derrick wilson is a pro, he sparred ray...they are more experienced than me, they went all in......Derick actually fought Javier Fortuna when they were both prospects
thanks for checking it out though bro

I get you man, I know guys who made it at a pretty high level in the amateur side of things but I went the education route. So I totally get you, also my comment was obviously tongue in cheek but you're obviously rusty and I know you know that. It can take time to get back to what you were, especially the timing.thanks, if we were friends and you knew me, you'd also know I trained 2 years in my early 20s, life gets in the way of hobbies. The passive-aggressiveness in this thread is insane.
You can tell who has visited a gym. Boxing gyms are positive environments. You have to be. It's toughLast edited by GrandpaBernard; 08-22-2016, 04:43 PM.Comment
