        yep, everyone in my gym works with each other to improve. Its not an every man for themselves type of environment. Kids, Ams, Pros and people just working out fill the area with good vibes. Its hard to leave most days. Dont even realize you're working hard because its light-hearted.

          I posed a more instense session in a previous thread....check it out..my homie derrick wilson is a pro, he sparred ray...they are more experienced than me, they went all in......Derick actually fought Javier Fortuna when they were both prospects

          Sparring is also for conditioning and acclimation, but I hear ya you was working on something.
