Actually Toney manages himself, I've heared Toney saying, that Wlad is ducking me just like the rest of the guys in HW division. Toney says that it's hard for him to get a fight, even Peter team turned him down now.

Sultan should be active and strong enough to beat Ruiz. And Wlad should be able to beat Sultan from the outside, probably late round stoppage win by Wlad.

As for the Toney talk, please refrain. Toney looked good against Holyfield, BECAUSE IT WAS A SHOT HOLYFIELD who didn't throw punches after the first round. Toney hasn't looked good in the ring since then, really. Toney is a non-factor in the HW division and will end his career as a non-factor.

Toney looked good against Holyfield, Booker, Ruiz & Guinn. He also didn't look that bad against Rahman, considering that he came really out of shape. Yea he was also out of shape against Ruiz & Guinn, but not as bad as the Rahman fight. Toney was in shape against Holyfied & Booker.

If he's such a non-factor, why nobody wants to fight him.
