Golovkin's promoter, Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions, says Froch had his chance to face GGG last year - and rather than fight he decided to retire. Golovkin was willing to face Froch at his weight of 168-pounds, and he was willing to travel over to the UK to give him the home field advantage.

"Carl, after posting pictures saying he was too big and too strong for Gennady - decided to retire. You can't force these guys to get in the ring with Gennady," Loeffler said.

You said Loeffler was talking about when Froch was still SMW champ at 168. He wasn't when he took that pic. And like I said he was basically retired. He had been out of the ring over a year and given up his belts. Then the video I posted was in November when Froch met Loeffler for the first time and talked about fighting GGG. Loeffler said right there on the video that Froch is to big. As you GGG fans like to say, how can you duck someone not in your division?
