Anyone know what happened with Ortiz & GBP?

Weird ass situation when some smaller promoter is buying out the contract from a bigger promoter for a guy who's within a fight or three of a title shot & a the newly hot & getting hotter HW title at that.

Dade promotions has been with Ortiz from the start and now that Ortiz is just one fight away from fighting the winner of Fury/Klitschko, they're making a move to seize complete control of Ortiz before that fight happens.

Given what just happened with GB/All Star over Canelo, they're probably complying with the buy-out. Sucks, b/c GB could do a lot more with Ortiz than these parasite amateurs (Dade).

I posted this before it came out he would stay on HBO, however Golden Boy still can't promote, they have Shabranskyy fighting 11-5 guy on Spanish language TV.
