"It does little good to turn down a fight over money if you sit out and get paid nothing."
Perfectly said. Eventually he'll get desperate from sitting around and not getting paod he'll take whatever. Also a mandatory would force him to fight

Saunders, you are a f#ckin boxer who boxes for a living. All that talk about 1.5 not enough is bull when in 2016 you didn't make a single penny...& it doesn't look like you'll make a single penny from fighting before the year is out. Don't be a dope. The biggest payday of your career was staring you right in the face...all you had to do was accept Rosado. Man, I hate to admit it, but Gabriel Rosado was right to put you on blast. You can't improve your brand if you're not getting in the ring...& Rosado, Stevens, or Lemieux would have bumped your rep. But you turned it down? What a moron. Keep blowing smoke up your fans' arses, you moron.

Can anybody help me out here and explain how the writer can say that Alvarez is the lineal MW champ?
Yea, on Canelo still holding The Ring MW lineal title: I'm still waiting for him to get stripped of it...but it's been so long that I don't think they'll strip him since they think he'll return to MW. So yea, when he vacated, he only vacated the WBC belt...because it was the WBC that put a deadline for Canelo to face his mandatory GGG. He still holds the lineal title.

If Canelo doesn't pay big money to Saunders, Golovkin will.

Don't forget the 6 figure check offered by GGG.

Turn down TWO 6 figure checks! One was against a journeyman like you said for a PPV fight worth at LEAST $4,000,000++ in December.

Does the WBO charge a % of everything like the WBC?? Or just a flat rate??? If this was the WBC they would of already made Canelo a mando...

Yup! And I can see why he still is. Dougie already explained this in his weekly topics for Ring Magazine. And it made sense. It hasn't even been a year since he won it. They talked aobut stripping him but by their own rules they can't yet. And Canelo said he's moving back up. Figthing Saunders and getting that WBO is what everyone is waiting on now??? Then GGG for all the belts. Until Saunders went full RTard.

I still remember when Chavez Jr. smashed Lee. That wasn't even CLOSE to being competitive.

And that is confirmed by what he said of Lemieux >> basically Lemieux cashed out for too little money.
Nah,he's confident of beating them it's just his lust for money. He wants top money for fighting low-key fighters and the money just isn't available.God knows what he thinks he's worth,i know its more that $1.9m thats for sure.
