I don't think he is even confident he can beat Rosado/Stevens/Monroe - he was fighting on same level with Lee, he was lucky that Eubank was inexperienced and didn't put serious pressure on from beginning. So he is just looking to cash out.

Willie Monroe would've been a very risky fight for BJS, you know that's going 12 and Willie could've out pointed him. Stevens & Rosado might've been easy fights for BJS to look good in, especially with Curtis trash talking to hype up the fight.

BJS is lucky in the sense that he happens to have landed a title shot in a very weak middleweight division against another very average boxer. Now he's not prepared to give it up except for huge bucks that he can't even claim to deserve - it's not as if he can claim to have fought all the best out there and deserves the right to hold onto the belt until he feels like fighting - blame the WBO for not imposing a mando on him - even if that WBO ranking list is poor beyond belief (Tommy Langford, No.2 FFS, how's that even possible).
