even though he lost to tzsyu he still managed to bounce back and still become an undisputed champion and beat a bigger man in spinks who comes from a lineage of undisputed champs dating back to leon and michael. one can say the spinks family maybe the most consistent and accomplished fight family in a long time. his career propelled higher after tzsyu IMO.

His best win is over Cory spinks, not exactly leaps and bounds above lemuiex, murray, geale...

Zab was also blessed to have the hype machine behind him from day 1. People forget how hyped Zab was 99-01

Witter was better than Murray. Golovkin is also a 1 division coward.

These guys were guys who didn't live up to hype but not crowned.

come on now, spinks was a 2 division champion and former undisputed champion and also challenge for the unified middleweight championship. one can argue he beat taylor, that is LEAPS and bounds above lemieux murry and geale. lemieux has 2 title fights, murray has never one a title fight despite 3 close attempts and geale resume is very lack luster for a former champ.

Broner has won belts in four divisions, so what.. Titles are meaningless in this day in age in regards to how to rank a fighter. Really the only time Judah beat an actual champ was Spinks.. The rest were all paper champs

Ok, I agree that spinks was better but ultimately Zab fall way short of the greatness predicted for him in the late 90s

Yeah I know about what he was supposed to be but he wasn't 34 and being crowned.

Rafael, Sanchez, Fischer, Iole, Lofluer, Kellerman and posters are here constantly say it. That's why Golovkin is so hated.
