Low ball the opponent, get them to decline the fight. Continue the narrative of being avoided. Rinse and repeat.

Legacies are decided at the end of careers. The jury is still out on Brook. What would happen if before he ends his career he cleans out WW and then moved up and beat some of the best fighters at 154? Seems unlikely right now but who knows what the future holds?

But it is not a totally shitty fight either. Brook is not any old WW - he is a huge WW and a very good boxer going by the eye test - he was stronger than Porter which is saying something as Porter is a stronger than ave WW.

The bottom line is that if GGG gets these two fights in after being yanked around by GBP and Eubanks then it is not a bad year and if he gets a third fight in at the end of the year and especially if it is against Jacobs or a top ten contender then it will have worked out ok.

Meanwhile looks like Quillen will not even get one fight in this year. Looks like Jacobs will fight just Mora this year and looks like Saunders will have just one fight this year against some obscure fighter after avoiding Stevens.

Yet 3G gets crap for staying active?
      So Quillin should fight Spence?

On what planet are you living on? I've criticized the hell out of Golovkin. His management sucks and he needs to move on from them.

You also didn't deny being Pb32

Despite the above, the Brook fight is a joke and there's nothing for Golovkin at middleweight. Hopefully he moves up after this.
At least that's only 12 lbs from his natural weight lol...idiot

If the Jacobs fight can't happen next, GGG should move up. He's wasting his career.
I would agree except I don't think canelo should be let off the hook that easy. If he moves up I really don't see that fight ever happening. I would love to see GGG vs g Ramirez at 168 though. Hopefully we get to see both those fights. Ramirez has been calling GGG out

After talking all that ****, he chose to retire.
At least he can look in the mirror and know his career wasn't smoke, mirrors....oh and welterweights

Yea let's just forget the fact that eubank Jr had a 4 million dollar contract waiting for weeks to be signed and yet backed out in the end like a straight bittch. How does that fit into your narrative?

GGG has to think about his own career. If it doesn't happen it doesn't happen and we'd have Canelo or his management to blame.
