People who criticise GGG for this fight are irritating. Just cos the person who thinks he can beat GGG happens to be a ww is not gggs fault.

Of course you csan claim its not a great win for ggg as broiok hasn't beat any middleweights or acclimatised to the weight.

But no reason to think it foregone conclusion or not a good fight.
thats fair i just think people would like to see canelo and ggg look up in weight for a challenge not down

it is a circus-fight because "Noone knows how brook will be as a mw"

      same as Canelo/Khan, even worse.....

No, they are saying that he may not even be the best welterweight.

      Big difference.

Being "any good at welterweight" should not be enough to land you a Golovkin fight, unfortunately.
Well, nobody knew how good jmm would be against Floyd at ww was that circus fight or rjj against Ruiz?

GGG may not even be the best middleweight, it could be bjs, or nelo so what's your point?

If it was any other middleweight then yes I would agree. This guy, GGG, is avoided for a reason. Khan-Canelo should have had a rehydration clause and probably more competitive than GGG-Brook. I would probably say Canelo-Brook is more competitive than either and would give Brook a good chance.

And other than khans glassjaw, he was winning every round imo so the size didnt make much of a difference in terms of a welter outboxing a middleweight, its just khans chin cant take a shot from fighters of any weight. Khan had multiple losses so we know if hes struggling with lightweights hes gonna struggle at caneloweight, people stil dont know quite how good brook is. Also canelo rehydrates a ridiculous amount.
Canelo doesn't have devastating KO power against tough guys near his own size. He hit Cotto as hard as he hit Khan and made no impression on him. So Khan being a WW with a dodgy chin gave Canelo an advantage he wouldn't have had against a true MW.

Golovkin does have devastating KO power against true MW's, so Kell coming up from WW doesn't make any difference in that respect. If GGG starts landing clean on anybody, it's game over.

It would certainly have been better for Brook if he'd fought at MW at least once before. He really is jumping in at the deep end with GGG.

But SRL came back after 3 years retirement and went straight in with Hagler.

I see McCrory has crawled back out of his hole after he was caught crying telling a hooker he loves her during sex.

                    Brook vs ggg

Kell brook has explosive power & is an expert at exploiting fighters who are that split second slower then him jojo dans & biziers!! I can see him catching ggg on his way trying 2 rush in & possibly stop ggg in his tracks

What if its not bull****, and he actually did feel drained at welter? There should be lots of excitment and intrigue about this match up, two unbeaten fighters, then people like you turn your nose up at it
