Both didn't look good for whatever reasons JDJ needs to take that in consideration, krusher looked bad against a less skillful version of Ward had him missing a lot and Ward looked bad against brand cause brand just backed up all night

I'm not into Brand as being a good opponent but it's moronic to say Andre looked bad. He fkn dominated the guy to the point that Ward was just getting in practice and experimenting. I think the fight served him well in terms of getting in 12 live rounds. Brand isn't compelling but you can't say Ward didn't fight a perfect fight.
