Brook is simply not a draw.

I have never heard ANYONE refer to Kell Brook as a lucrative opponent.

e.g.
Brook is not even remotely close to Khan's level..... and Khan is not even remotely close to Canelo's level..... Brook has never fought on PPV, and has only ever fought Shawn Porter..... and that fight was 2 years ago.

Also, it is a ****-fight..... Kell Brook has NO CHANCE of winning.

I do not believe that Kell Brook would generate more than Saunders..... he is a much more marketable opponent for Golovkin.

And I also do not believe that Jacobs/Quillin could generate more than GGG/Jacobs.....

..... you will never convince me that 1.5mil and "Quillin money" are the best offers that Team Bull**** could come up with.

Based on what? He saw a big threat and as most agreed at the time, it was ok to lose to Canelo but not Brook.

Brook have many who think he is close to elite but has never had a chance to prove it - especially in the UK. Khan looked the same but has been found out. Put Brook in with this 'mega-monster- Golvkin who is also said to be elite and has yet to prove it and you have a hugely marketable fight in the Uk [not in the UK]. Saunders has few fans among casuals in the UK plus no matter how you market it - who is going to be paying the money. Warren and Box Nation don't have multi-millions and nor does K2 and as Saunders is an unknown entity in the US then HBO won't pay for it. So yes, Sky will pay for Eubank or Brook to fight GGG and Hearn can put it together. Saunders is with the wrong promoter.

Jacobs is unknown in the UK. Not a huge name in the USA. Quillen/Jacobs was promoted as a battle to see who is king of New York. That worked a bit. At its best GGG/Jacobs might attract same kind of interest as Lemieux/Golovkin. Much better fight mind you but the interest is not there for $4M paydays.
You should pay more attention to the finances over in the UK - that is what is creating a 4M payday for Brook - nothing else.

I do not believe that Brook is a draw, or that he is any more lucrative than Saunders..... people will buy that fight to see Golovkin, not Brook..... just like they would with Saunders.
