        My criteria goes as follows

        1. Level of excitement + skill
        2. Aggressiveness + knockout ability
        3. Race

Nobody likes a boring pitty patting runner.

Most people in here go by race or nationality, for some reason.

I root for my own more often that not.

But I don't dislike any fighter because of their nationality, race, colour or creed.

Kessler wasn't the greatest fighter but I obviously rooted for him. But it isn't just a yes/no question, I like all kinds of fighters, has nothing (or very little) to do with nationality for me.

I think I said it before though; nothing wrong with supporting your own nationality, isn't this a great part of being a boxing fan, anyway? Supporting your (flag) colors? ... that's how it should be, to my mind.

I root for British fighters over foreigners, it doesn't matter who they are.

Nationality has no influence what so ever when it comes to who I support.

In the most part i root for British fighters when they fight. Skin colour doesn't come into play at all..but i can understand rooting for your own countrymen.

But ultimately, i'd rather watch a guy that i enjoyed watching and who i found exciting (regardless of nationality) over a guy from my own country who i found dull.
