Hey ... you correctly predicted that Ward was going to beat Barrera and Alexander Brand, so how could you be wrong about Ward/Kovalev?
Bwahaha!
All the predictions are in my sig. You were one of the idiots who thought Porter would beat Thurman and that Postol would beat Crawford or that Fortuna would beat Sosa or that Santa Cruz would beat Frampton, right? That wasn't lesson enough for you? Well. When Ward beats Kovalev, what will you then say? It's just history repeating itself. I keep being victorious, more believers come to me and now haters arrive, who I will then add to my fan group next time. As I asked before... When Ward beats Kovalev, what will you then say? Will you delete your account, lol?
Dude. Do you even know who I am? When I declare a winner, that's how it always goes. Only idiots still doubt that Ward will win. It's a fact. Can I adopt you when Ward easily wins almost every round while Kovalev desperately hunts him with wild shots while tripping over his own legs, lol? You could become my prediction student.
Kovalev is very skilled . He's excellent at cutting the ring off which a lot of boxers do not seem to know how to do. He also has a very good jab and sets his punches up very well.
That doesn't mean he doesn't have weaknesses but he definitely has high caliber skills.

Err ... wrong. I thought that Thurman would probably beat Porter and strongly fancied Crawford over Postol. Frampton/LSC I wanted Frampton to win but had no idea how it was going to turn out.

Well, there you see the difference between you and me. You had no idea how it was going to turn out, but I did, and I even predicted how the fight would be fought and I predicted SD. It turned out to be a MD, but close enough. Want to know my secret? Which is also how I know Ward will beat Kovalev? Then show some ****ing respect, boy, maybe I will make you my apprentice then.

Guys with high caliber skills got something called a defense, bro. And they don't trip over their own legs. Kovalev got skills, but very limited ones, not ones worth mentioning for this fight. Kovalev is just not good enough, simple as that.
Kovalev's skills... How do you rate them? If we go by his recent fights, this is my analysis:
Chilemba: Kovalev was neither able to stop Chilemba nor easily outbox him. That's not a bad sign, just shows that Kovalev's skills are not extraordinary.
Pascal: Pascal, a shot fighter, was nailing Kovalev with brutal shots and Kovalev would fall over his own legs while trying to hunt down Pascal. Kovalev won this war due to superior punching power, but it showed that his defense and balance are horrible.
Hopkins: A 49 years old fossil who had just fought one average guy after another in hard matches. Some say that Kovalev outboxed him, but it was more a case of Hopkins not being able to open up due to Kovalev's power and the lack of speed that comes with the lack of youth. The fact that Kovalev could knock him down in the first round shows that his power could hurt and stop Hopkins, but he simply didn't have the offensive skills to push for the stoppage. This fight showed that Kovalev is limited and can't adept to complicated defensive opponents. WTF is he gonna do against Ward, then?
Caparello: He knocked Kovalev down, though the knockdown was more a result of Kovalev's horrible balance issues and lack of defense. Kovalev won, as he should, but this was the first sign of Kovalev's weaknesses that just got confirmed further in his later fights.
That's basically how I see Kovalev. A very hardhitting guy who can box, but in a very flawed and limited way. It won't work against a young, fast, skilled and slick opponent.
Rumor has it his camp for chilemba was so so. He was distracted by being russia before the fight and he was visiting with friends and family often. He wasnt in the beat shape and he wasnt his hungriest.
For ward I expect the beat kovalev we ever seen. Sharpe , powerful, focused , hungry and strong.
His straight punches are the best in the game and he very subtle about certain things he does.
His power is so natural. He has a good stance along with a good understanding of what it takes to win. He has a good coach that will have a great gameplan.

Lol. You had no idea either.

What were you calling yourself when you predicted that BHop was going to school Kovalev?
