You're the coward scared for Golovkin to take a real fight, and it's Sergiy you casual.
Wade did over 1.3m average which is the best premium cable rating this year dummy

Ward killed his momentum and his style isn't exciting. No shock.

The thread is about his ratings. Do you understand context?

You can chalk it up to fighting an unknown and the Olympics, although you can give him the Olympics as a good excuse, Golovkin also fought an unknown in Wade and tops the list. And I highly doubt if there were no Olympics that supposedly that number would look much better. I would say it's a combo of fighting unknown, not fighting any name of note in a long time turns the fans off from seeing you, and even though i'm a Ward supporter I didn't watched the fight, didn't even bothered streaming it

Ratings are all over the place. One time PBC is horrible and the haters rejoice in Haymons fall calling boxing dead, the next week they are high and the PBC fans rejoice in boxing is back. Same thing with HBO and Sho. Basically boxing fans care too much about ratings

That's very true, a lot of posters are definitely not consistent. The roaches come out only when their "out-group" has bad ratings, but when their "in-group" has bad ratings you don't see them commenting objectively on the bad ratings. It's a "sides" thing, pick a side and roll with it
