Just some tips:

#1 - Those elbows need to stay nicely tucked in. He's flying them out too much.
#2 - Too much wasted/bad movement. It's good to move around and keep your opponent guessing, but he's trying to feint so much that when he threw a few punches his opposite arms guard drops too low. His right arm is the biggest concern.
#3 - Too flat footed at times



otherwise, looks good and he's young so plenty of potential there/room for improvement (although chin and power when he get's older is the other big question). I'm sure you're already aware at the health risks involved in boxing. Make sure he's 100% doing it on his own and it's something he really wants to do.
