have said it before, theres a few people on here who seem to think that liking the most boring fighters in the sport means they are a purist, and anyone who doesnt enjoy watching them is a casual fan. I genuinely cant see how anyone in the world could genuinely enjoy watching andre wards 'style'.

Ok I don't get it. I really don't. Are people just labelling fighters boring because of who the fighter automatically is. Ward didn't fight like Crawford in his last night, he doesn't fight like Rigo, and he's got more in common with a younger Mayweather.

He pressed the action, fighting on the front foot, fighting on the inside, setting up power shots with the jab, and landing some vicious right hands. . . But this is boring? . . . I can tell you what was far more boring than anything Ward did last night, was Postol's effort against Crawford, yet Crawford is the one labelled "Boring"

wlad is up there, hopkins was boring for sure but i dont really count him as an active fighter. I'd still say wards the most boring out of that lot. algieri was quite entertaining against khan and provodnikov
