The commentators were saying that the crowd was roaring for Perron.... But I'm pretty sure they had it wrong. The first punch that Ruenrong landed and evaded, the crowd started roaring, I was sure they were rooting against Perron

I think they got carried away with Lopez's "flashiness", while Oumiha was landing the big shots. Oumiha has an awkward style (the way he throws his shots, etc.), but he was the one that was landing all the big shots and more of them.
Oumiha won the fight pretty easily imo.
Lopez has a nice future, no doubt. Luck wasn't on his side. He had to face a good fighter like Oumiha first. Look at who Amnat had to face for his first fight. Big difference.

Yep, could not agree more. Unlucky for Lopez. Had he fought Perron, he would of made easy work, IMO. Polar opposite of Oumiha. He was so long and awkward, but very quick hands and the awkward angles he threw at would be tricky for anyone, yet alone a 19 year old.

We'll be seeing Lopez in the pro game soon, IMO. But Oumiha is nice.

Is it legit hate or just sport-related/rivalry? I remember when Tevez was playing in England, he was late for training (or something like that) and so had to do a forfeit picked by the rest of the team, and they picked for him to train for the day in a Brazilian shirt. He said that was one of the worst things you could possibly ask someone from Argentina to do and refused
