The Frenchmen just took the Honduran's soul. His spirit got destroyed.

Thailand-Argentina up now, I expect fireworks. This Thai looks like a bad dude.

Teofimo Lopez is a nice boxer and I see some potential, but Oumiha was two or three steps ahead at all times. The commentators I was listening to were way too biased in Lopez's favor.

I thought Oumiha won all three rounds. Especially the third. Lopez struggled coming forward. Oumiha just kept making him walk into shots.
Oumiha has potential and has an awkward style. I like him.
I think Selimov beats him in the Quarter-finals though. Selimov already beat him pretty easily before; at Worlds.
Oumiha has a good future. He always impresses me everytime I watch him. He's a nice boxer and awkward.

Lopez also has a good future. No shame in losing to Oumiha who is arguably a top 5 in the division. I think Oumiha could have been seeded (top 4), but he wasn't.

Agreed, Lopez looks really nice and he's got a bright future, no doubt. But he simply got outclassed, that fight was easy for Oumiha. I think Lopez may have won the first, but the second and third round were absolute shutouts

The first round the commentators were definitely biased towards Lopez, they were talking about him like he's a future ATG, and then he just got shut out and they stopped. Lol

                amnat is such a spoiler

you'd think he'd be a little more positive against amateur kids

imagine he clinches his way to a medal

To be fair, the Argentinean was so wild and sloppy... Tough to look good against that. Not Ruenrongs responsibility to engage in a drunken bar fight

I think they got carried away with Lopez's "flashiness", while Oumiha was landing the big shots. Oumiha has an awkward style (the way he throws his shots, etc.), but he was the one that was landing all the big shots and more of them.
Oumiha won the fight pretty easily imo.
Lopez has a nice future, no doubt. Luck wasn't on his side. He had to face a good fighter like Oumiha first. Look at who Amnat had to face for his first fight. Big difference.
