Ali is really good, his fights vs Asenov in the european championships was really good and was beaten by Shakur Stevenson in the youth championships.

If he gets Gold he'll be a huge superstar. I love the Irish fans, so I really want to see an Irish superstar in boxing. Not that Frampton isn't, but I think Conlan can be even bigger if he gets Gold. Just my opinion.
Joe Ward is the best boxer for Ireland imo, but La Cruz is going to be extremely difficult to beat. I don't see Ward beating him just yet.
Barnes will more than likely get a medal, but being a Light Flyweight he wouldn't have a big of an impact like Conlan would.
Yeah the sky is the limit for Conlan. He has said he'll fight in the Republic of Ireland as a pro so no doubt he'll surpass Frampton once he has any kind of success as a pro. Potential for huge momentum if both Conlan and Barnes win gold before heading pro. Could top the bill of cards in Ireland together and sell out arenas pretty quick.

Conlan has already called out Frampton to fight him too. Lot of potential for the future if things fall into place which is exactly what Irish boxing needs.

If Conlan is a good pro he'll have a huge following. Very marketable.

                  Two great fights so far.
The Light Flyweights giving it their all.
Martinez of Colombia always gives fun fights. He may have to fight Barnes in the Quaterfinals if both make it that far. That would be a tremendous bout.

How am I able to watch the fights in germany? German television switches around several sports and more or less are only showing highlights
