I feel bad for Ward. Dude is not being promoted properly. Way to get Ward out there in the public. Roc nation is straight up garbage.

Ward should have went with a more reputable company. I know Roc nation prolly had the biggest offer fight wise. But if he got a real promo company properly promoting him he could be making more money in the long run as they'd make him a bigger star.

I think.he.got around 2 mil for his.last fight and he's about to get two more for this bum. I.might be mistaken but he's getting paid pretty good money for fighting fights that shouldn't even be sanctioned so I don't feel bad.for him at all. Plus he's still on his way for that ppv fight so I'm pretty sure he'll make more for these three fight then his entire career.

His stardom might not get raised but he sure isn't sidelined like he was before and getting paid for easy work.

As a bay area native I recognize his talents, but not once have I bothered looking for him at his gym and I box as well, and trust me, he isn't a big deal around here. The boxing community knows him, but that's about it. The guy is no star, and it's his own fault more than anything else.

Not sure why you guys make fun of it, its bad for boxing. Its not even like Ward has dislikable fans or is a dislikable person. He is a great guy, and a great fighter, articulate and humble. You may not like his fighting style, I personally don't mind it, but other than that there is not a single thing to dislike about Ward, he is a credit the sport, and he has had plenty of time in the sun, and will have plenty more.

When you say this, support your words by traveling to his fights and paying money. It just so happens that MANY people travel from other countries and other states to watch GGG fighting on both coasts but when it comes to Ward he has the most supportive fans online and one of the lowest PAID gates for his fights in his hometown.

Why is it so? Maybe it's Ward's fault as well? Why his fans don't pay and support him? Are these his true fans?

He really needs to step up his opposition. Andre is forever having a tune-up. For his pedigree, experience, hasn't lost since he was 10, ect., all we see is him fighting no names.
Its hard to respect him as a fighter, hes more like a bully. Seems to always be gunning for the weak. He has zero notable momentum.

This is his problem.

Even if he does beat Kovalev, which i think he is capable of doing, I'm afraid he'll be content on fighting no names, drawing out the accomplishment like has been doing since the Super 6 tourny
