i like how they dragged this out as tho not every single boxing fan with half a brain didnt already know it was going to be vargas even when they were saying names like broner garcia crawford. typical arum pr crap him and loughler are alot alike. then again even though loghler plays the pr game during matchmaking even when he has no real intention of making certain fights at least hes willing to work with some promoters where as arum literally only does in house fights. I mean seriously is there anybody who didnt already know it was going to be manny vargas as soon as we learned manny was coming back?

        idiots...

Only fanboys and idiots think Manny is ducking Crawford. Boxing is a business and if Manny wants to pound Vargas and take his belt, why not? Hasn't he deserved that??????????????????? Smh. Besides, Crawford is not good enough to beat Manny. Please do not get it twisted. Manny would out point him just like he did Floyd.

Size has NEVER bothered Manny because he is a genetic freak. He is one of those super athletic fighters. Arm length, height, or weight never really bothered him. It is his feet, movement, and boxing IQ that allows him to have success against these type of fighters. His boxing ability is severely under-rated and he has proven it over and over and over again. Since being KO'ed by the cheater, Manny's patience, timing, defense, and counter punching have went up. It's like he is still getting better as a fighter. I have never seen anything like this before. He wanted Broner BAD! Broner priced himself out. He wanted Garcia. At one point after the Floyd/Maidana fight, he wanted Maidana!!! So, in conclusion, Vargas will not be Manny's last fight. Manny will go out the way a lot of ATG's go out....FIGHTING THE VERY BEST!!!! This is nothing more than a stay busy fight for him. In April or May of 2017, Crawford will get his wish or it may even be a rematch against Floyd.

Arum didn't even bother pushing for the Crawford fight because of the running Terence did in the Postol fight. It was a boring spectacle.

It would be hilarious to see an old out of prime fighter chase a young big prime fighter.

We've seen it before in the Mosley/Pac fight. Both got booed in the fight and you could see Pac getting embarrassed by it and kept motioning Mosley to fight. Pac was forced to chase him despite a sprained ankle.

STOP Blaming Manny for this fight...It's Bob Arum (it's up to my promoter Bob Arum).
Manny win or lose after this fight can still fight Crawford, see the inhouse money here!

            Manny vs Crawford
            Vargas vs Bradley 2

Exactly. Crawford is too cautious and boring. He should've stopped Postol. Smh. Postol was hitting him clean through 3 rounds and then froze up. Crawford simply isn't good enough to beat Manny. And who says Manny is "OLD"? How do you beat fighters like Floyd and Bradley if you're old??? You DON'T! Until I see him not being able to pull the trigger, not being able to block or dodge punches, then he's not old. His hand speed, foot speed, vision, reflexes, timing, and stamina are still AMAZING! Age is just a number to some. Manny isn't a normal fighter.

Translation: "Pac would have to give a **** and work hard to beat Crawford."

Like I said after the Postol fight, Pac is half-retired and has zero interest in dealing with a fighter like Crawford. Win or lose he'd look very vulnerable. If he couldn't get up for Mayweather, he sure as **** isn't getting up for Crawford.

lol what a pathetic excuse. Completely ******ed. The fans who call fighters 'runners' and make excuses for fighters ducking are responsible for some of the best fights not getting made. It's an easy way out for promoters, 'yeah he's got a boring style, the fans don't want to see it'...

Btw this clearly isn't a question of Pacman not wanting the fight, he would fight and beat Crawford imo. It's that senile prick Arum misleading people again.

It would be a great fight, but one in which his new star fighter stands a very good chance of losing.
