Koncz doesn't make Pacquiao's fights and from what I've seen of Pac, he doesn't like Koncz.

Anyway, the only guy to say he wouldn't fight is Crawford, I'm not talking about what a manager says or hearsay, I'm simply stating what a fighter has said:

“It will be at 140,” Crawford said via ESPN.com, when asked what weight he would consider a fight against Pacquiao."

Crawford bailed cos of the weight but if he does move up, Pacquiao is waiting. This guy didn't duck Morales, Barrera, JMM, Cotto, Marg, Mayweather and co and yet he's supposed to duck Crawford? LOL

Pretty much what they're saying is they prefer a come forward guy who leads with his face. This will make an easy fight for Manny. Put him in the ring with a boxer that moves, they'll accuse him of being a runner and make every excuse in the book to discredit the win.
