I don't really care who Pac fights, you cant compare him to Floyd anymore so I dont get whats up with all the fake outrage from the PRO blacks. Who cares stop crying, Pac is washed up already. He is no longer at his peak.

I just hope Vargas doesnt run.

I would love to see for the first time in ages someone actually fight Pac toe to toe, almost all his opponents will run.

Margarito is the last guy who really tried to press him back, and Rios tried to out box Pac.

Vargas should win this by knockout, people keep hating on this guy but he keeps proving people wrong, he was overtrained in the Bradley fight and Dewey Cooper got him back on point and he actually destroyed a class boxer mover in Sadam Ali.
Lol dude you're the only one always talking about pro black youtuber. Who cares. It is a very meh fight

They don't want to miss out on a mayweather rematch. That's why pacquiao is fighting Vargas.

LOL....why wasn't I surprised? I've been saying in this board that Pacman will duck Crawford and there it is, they choose the least dangerous fighter available to them...they've been doing it for a long time...

You might be right and I see the logic behind that, risk n whatever. But the other side of that is. . . How does fighting Vargas train Pac for Floyd? Surely there's an equal case to, if he beats Crawford he'll have more experience with this so called style they don't like. . . And if he never beats Crawford, well The Floyd rematch realistically was never an option. (Probably isn't either way)

Imo they want manny to have an opponent that will make him look good

I think beating crawford would make a floyd rematch bigger than him beating Vargas.

Top Rank thinks all boxing fans are idiots. Bob Arum is using the same formula that he has used for years. He throws out a bunch of names just like he always does before announcing that Pacquaio will be fighting the person that Arum had chosen from the beginning to fight. Then, Arum's resident clown, Michael Koncz, starts spewing ignorance out of his mouth as if he had some say in the decision.

Does anyone remember the countdown clock that Arum created for Mayweather to sign the contract to fight Pacquaio when there was actually no negotiations held? Since that fight couldn't be made, Arum has to settle for making Pacquaio/Margarito (who had been told months earlier that he would be Pacquaio's next opponents).

It is unfortunate that there are thousands of boxing fans out there who are ****** enough to think that there was a chance that Pacquaio was going to fight anyone other than Vargas.

Arum will go through the same drama when Arum chooses Pacquaio's next fight, which will be Crawford. He will lead gullible fans to believe that he is negotiating a rematch with Mayweather, but when that fight can't be made, Arum has no choice but to schedule a fight against Crawford.,
