Mikey's going to ruin his career and chances at becoming a PPV star by aligning himself with the two snakes of boxing, Shaefer and Hymen. He's going to settle having to fight in bush league promotions, cards and networks.
What a dumbass.

Slick Ricky is the Don King or Bob Arum of this era. Slick Ricky knows the game. Its ****** to think he's a banker & accomplished what he did in boxing, but he did it all the same.
There weren't any Slick Ricky promoted PPV pressers where cats were sitting on f#cking bar stools without tables & without the opponent's side like that dummy Duva the other day. He knows how to promote PPV fights. And thats the main spot to make money in boxing in 2016 & for the last couple decades.
Schaefer doesn't seem to agree.

Maybe you forgot that this was the plan all along as Espinoza has stated quite publicly prior to PBC launch lol.
Try again dummy!

If you look at PPV history it sorta got birthed via Ray Leonard (I think technically Ali vs Frazier III was the first PPV, but it was a very limited audience iirc), then Tyson came along & the HW's came into play (Holyfield, Lewis, Bowe), then Oscar came along. Oscar passed the torch to Floyd & than Manny. Floyd & Manny are done or about done so we are just looking for that next guy.
I suspect if Joshua can gain a following in the US he might be that next guy or take us back when the HW's ruled PPV. But its all still far too up in the air at this point, but for sure PPV isn't deceased. I mean Canelo vs Cotto did the best PPV numbers of a non-Manny or non-Floyd PPV in like a decade & post-Mayweather vs Pacquiao which some suggest was PPV's downfall. That alone should suggest that there is a future for PPV & that Canelo is among the contenders, if not the leading contender, to take the PPV crown the names I mentioned in my previous paragraph wore for some period of time.
